A complete certification programme for SEND passenger-transport professionals. Ten sequential modules take you from professional foundations and understanding SEND, through person-centred communication, positive behaviour support and safeguarding, into safe operational practice, dynamic risk management, medical awareness and emergency procedures, finishing with professional judgement and reflective practice. Each module unlocks when the previous one is complete, and your certificate is issued automatically when you finish the full programme.
Jurisdiction. This programme is written to the law, statutory guidance and terminology of England. Staff working in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland will find the practice transferable, but the governing legislation, the terms used for additional needs and the criminal-record check required are different. Those differences are set out on the course page and summarised in every module.

How long does it take to complete?
Around 25 hours in total across ten modules plus the final assessment. It is entirely self-paced — most learners complete a module or two per week alongside their normal shifts, and your progress is saved automatically so you can stop and resume whenever you like.
Do I get a certificate, and can an employer verify it?
