The detail, up front
What does the £49.99 actually include?
Twelve months of access to all courses: the CPD Certified Professional Certificate in SEND Passenger Transport in full, all courses released during your membership year, and a verifiable certificate for each one you complete. £49.99 is the total payable — the company is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. It is an annual subscription: £49.99 is taken each year on the anniversary of the day you joined, so your access and your compliance records never lapse by accident. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
What happens at the end of each year?
Your subscription renews, your access carries on uninterrupted, and any course we have added in the meantime is included. Certificates are dated and valid for 12 months, so staying subscribed is what lets you refresh them. If you cancel, your access runs to the end of the year you have paid for and every certificate you have earned remains valid as evidence of what you completed and when.
Can my employer use this for the whole team?
Yes. Your employer can set up a private space for your organisation on the platform, invite staff, assign learning with due dates, track completion across the team and download each person's certificate as evidence. Each member of staff holds their own membership or course, in their own name — we do not sell blocks of places. Tell us your headcount and we will help you get set up.
Can I buy just one course?
Yes. Each course can also be bought on its own: one payment for one completion of that course and its certificate, with no time limit to finish, no subscription and nothing to cancel. Once your certificate has been issued the course closes — to take it again, you buy it again. The Professional Certificate in SEND Passenger Transport is £69.99 and Epilepsy Awareness for SEND Passenger Transport is £24.99. If you want more than one course, or will want to refresh your certificates next year, the membership is the better value.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you have not opened a course yet: cancel within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, and the same applies for 14 days after each renewal. Once you have opened a course, your right to cancel has ended and no refund is due — at checkout you ask for access straight away and tick a box confirming you understand that. The same rule applies to a course bought on its own. You can always cancel your membership to stop the next payment. The full position is in our terms of sale.
