Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
UK Compliance Academy Limited (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data and processing it lawfully, fairly and transparently under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are the data controller for this website. UK Compliance Academy Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 17309952, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact us about anything in this policy at info@ukcomplianceacademy.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries and interest registration. When you contact us or register interest, you send us your name, email address and message by email. We use this to respond to you and — where you ask us to — to let you know when our platform launches. Legal basis: legitimate interests and, for launch updates, your consent.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running a secure service.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Launch-update contacts are kept until launch communications end or you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
- Our website host, Vercel Inc. (site delivery and security logs).
- Our email provider, for receiving and replying to your messages.
- No one else, unless the law requires it.
Where providers process data outside the UK, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@ukcomplianceacademy.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. See our cookie policy for the full detail.
Changes
We will update this policy as our services grow (for example, when our learning platform launches) and change the date at the top when we do.
